“I originally qualified as an art director in 1985. Since then I have worked at a variety of advertising agencies and in one of Denmark’s largest retail chains, Dansk Supermarked, where for eight years I developed private label designs for products for Føtex, Netto and Bilka.
My major interest is packaging design, and I established Pack Design in 2000, which (almost) exclusively works with concept development and the design of packaging solutions for every kind of product.
Parallel to my professional career I love travelling, so whenever possible I travel the world to see how people live elsewhere on the planet.
From idea to completion
My interest in packaging has not decreased over the years – quite the contrary. I am constantly working on new ideas, layouts and designs and am often involved in product development (decisions about taste, consistency, relevance, competitive conditions etc.) with our customers. It is incredibly interesting also to be included in this process, and the knowledge I acquire in this way is always relevant to the work of developing new designs.
My passion for travel and curiosity remain driving forces for me, and my annual trend-spotting trips always result in lots of new ideas and “odd slants” to the benefit of our customers.

“I have worked with Danish and international brands as communications advisor and CEO/partner in the advertising industry for more than 20 years, until I became a partner in Pack Design in 2006.
Lots of experience
Here I work with what I am most passionate about: trend spotting, international retail and consumer research and the development of product concepts and packaging design for FMCG products and a large number of other product areas.
